Error generating Signed apk in android studio

When running the command "Cordova build --release android", the following message appears

Error: Could not find Gradle wrapper Within Android SDK. Might need to update your Android SDK. Looked here: /Users/Library/Android/sdk/tools/templates/Gradle/wrapper

I tried to access this path that says "Looked here" but the template folder does not exist.

What should I do to fix it?

    It seems to me that the file got stuck in some process. Already reset the machine?
