Keychain Sharing/Failed to create provisioning profile - Xcode

I have this error message when I try to create provisioning profile : Failed to create provisioning profile.

There are no Devices Registered in your Account on the Developer website. Plug in and select a device to have Xcode Register it.

No profiles for 'Firebaseconfiguration' Were found

Xcode couldn’t find a provisioning profile matching 'Firebaseconfiguration'. Do you have to have a paid bill to use that? Hello, to make the connection with Firebase it is not necessary to include a Keychain sharing. Try to remove this setting.
