The problem is this: when finalizing the purchase as a visitor (without being properly logged in) the checkout page correctly displays the payment option by Pagseguro, however when logging into the platform to finalize the order, simply the message below is displayed:
Attention: There are no payment options available. Please contact and enter the order details!
Note: I have already performed the module update, by the official Opencart store, to version 2.1.0.1. The steps below have been followed:
- Make sure there is no installation of other modules for the Pay in your system;
- Download the repository as a zip file or clone;
- Copy admin and Catalog folders into your Opencart installation. If you are informed of the override of some files, you can confirm the procedure smoothly. This installation will not affect any file of your system, only add the files of the Pagseguro module;
- Make sure that the permissions of newly copied folders and files are, respectively, defined as 755 and 644;
- In the administrative area of your system, access the menu Extensions -> Payments -> Pagseguro -> Install.
The problem was in the customer registration address and at the end of the order the Pagseguro module was not enabled.
