The link option has disappeared from the wordpress menu edit panel

The option to add link in the menu is gone and in the place this appearing the option of tags, I do not understand because the local server appears online no, are the same files not changed anything neither wordpress nor theme, there is some option to enable this kind of thing in admin?

Is there a function to enable or disable custom links in the menu?

Search the upper right side for a call tab "Screen Options" or "Screen Options", click on that tab and select the option "Custom Links" or "Custom Links"
