I named my repository as fingerstylebrasil.github.io but when access it appears that the page does not exist, I looked in the repository settings and another address appears, this one: https://fmm312.github.io/fingerstylebrasil.github.io/, that I can access the site normally, but it is not as it should be, the correct thing would be to stay fingerstylebrasil.github.io (as the name of the repository is named)
I want to know how to get the site url github.io

It is not possible for you to use the domain github.io the repository name must be the same as the user name or organization name, otherwise Github will not "upara" your site.
As described on the page User, Organization, and Project Pages github help
You can only use your Own Account name for a User or Organization Page Repository. A Repository like joe/bob.github.io will not build a User Pages site.
That is, it would work if your username were fingerstylebrasil or if your repository is called fmm312.github.io
Repositories are always considered as folders when they do not follow this pattern.
