A class compiled in J# or Vb.net after is in a DLL, there is some program that can decompile by passing a code that is in Vb.net to C# or J# to c#?

a person at the company said it was possible to take a DLL in Vb.net decompile and after that it would be possible to turn this code into C#, in fact it would save the code in C#, so I was not sure if this is possible.
