I would like that you can-without explaining to me how and that it keeps a warning message(Like the Example) in constant permanence until the GPS of the Smartphone is Active !
In More Detail:
I’m making a web page only to be used on Smartphones ( Not programmed on Android ).
The idea would be to keep the warning message until the user activates the location on the mobile phone (GPS);
As you can see in the Image, this little text is appearing for a certain time until it disappears
I intended the warning message to stay on until the GPS was active !

I got the "Timer", but I don’t want to running with time ....
I think to do that with angular, I’m not sure !
