White screen in wordpress login

While trying to login on my wordpress site the screen gets all white, I searched the net and tested some possible solutions:

I increased the memory for wordpress ( that was not the problem)

I renamed the plugin folder to plugin_old and created a new plugin folder, and also did it in plugin by plugin ( that was not the problem)

I saw that can also be the theme, renamed the folder name of my active plugin and second read, wordpress would return my site to the default theme but what happened was that the whole site now turned white.

I debugged wp-config and all the problems that appear on the login screen are related to the widget "The constructor method called for Wp_widget in mad_widget_social_links has been deprecated since version 4.3.0! Utilize __Construct()", but I can’t find where this call is so I can change it. I believe I may be on the subject, but I can’t find it. Remembering that when putting the debug no longer appears the location to log in to the site so I can’t go to the screen that turned white earlier and see if it appears another type of error.
