Good afternoon, I started this question more as a discussion than doubt of the language itself.
I need to make a chatbot or use some service that offers this. I was studying natural language but I found a site called Wit.ai that already offers this service.
What I can’t do is create the entries for him on this site I would like to know if anyone has already done this and which platform has used or has some documentation that can help me in creating a chat bot for scheduling queries.
The part that is already done is my web service, which sends to chatbot the text by ex:
Gostaria de marcar uma consulta para o dia 27/04
or
Gostaria de marcar uma consulta para o dia vinte e sete de março
the chat bot should return me the formatted date the reason q is query ( or scheduling or other reason the system might have it. so that I process this information treat through query in my db and return to the customer the answer.
