I installed Pgadmin 4 on my machine with windows 10 64bits, I configured the server, but when I open some table the query seems to run normally, but the tab "Data Output" shows nothing, neither columns nor data, everything is empty.

Which encoding of your bank? tries to use the command
set encoding = 'LATIN1';and then run the query... instead of LATIN1 can be UTF8, SQLASCII for example, it would depend on how it is configured.– Camilo Santos
