It’s a problem with the database?

This problem is because Tomcat (or some other program) is already running on port 13444 and a second instance of Tomcat has also started running on port 13444. Each TCP port can only be used by one process at a time. This way, this second Tomcat failed.

So, check the procedure that starts running Tomcat to make sure you don’t try to run it twice on the same port.

Finally, you can be sure that the problem is not the database.
