I need to send the push notification to users of my app, is a webview with some blogs feed, and when this feed(rss) is changed it automatically sends a notification to users.

Dude, fine, me as an end-user, not a developer, would find it a pain in the ass to have to get multiple notifications practically in a period of time maybe, I mean maybe, short. Just a suggestion, try to send at most 1 notification per day, but showing several posts in this same notification. If you do this way you want, sure that after the 3rd day of installation of the app, the person will already uninstall. So maybe it’s not interesting to you. P.S. It’s just my point of view.
