Using Windows 7 64bits, I downloaded and installed python 3.5 but when starting the program I get the following error message:
The program cannot be started because it is missing api-ms-win-crt-Runtime-L1-1-0.dll on your computer.
I have tried to download visual package c++ from Windows only also error ( installation failed ).

The error itself says that the file is missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll, it is installed with a Windows update.
Footsteps:
Install the Service Pack 1 for Windows 7.

My windows already has the service pack 1. I tried to download and install the update but it still didn’t work. Any more suggestions ?

I entered the link Voce sent me, I downloaded the program, I ran it, I ran the cleaning of it only that it still gave the error when trying to open the python.

The error continues. I continued the installation even giving warning of danger. However at the end of the program scan, python continued with the error when opening.
