Layout positioned below the header by clicking link

Question

Does anyone know how to make sure that by clicking on any posts on tumblr, tags and pages, the layout skips the header and is positioned directly in the posts? I’m trying something like below, but do not know continue, the site is this: https://anotherplacemagazine.tumblr.com/:
