Well, first I ordered the "api-ms-win-crt-Runtime-L1-1-0" and downloaded the "vc_redist.x64" and then when starting Apache shows me this shutdown.

Did you check what the log requires? Port conflict, apache logs, Viewer vent to see if it says anything complementary to help you understand where the problem is?
