Simplest method to change GET parameters

I don’t know much about programming and need to insert a simple function on my site.

The case is as follows:

A user clicks on a link as:

http://site.com.br/titulo-da-noticia?id=1

I need to remove the part ?ida=1 URL and add, for example, ?parametro=1&a=2, by clicking the url:

http://site.com.br/titulo-da-noticia?parametro=1&a=2

Since the site is done in WP, it goes in the panel (wp-admin) and Settings > Permanent Links.

You can choose from common settings or customize according to your preferences.
