I’m lost in setting up my local development environment.
I have 2 Apaches running on my machine and would like only one, also want to leave running PHP 7.
these are the two places:
/usr/sbin/apachectl
/opt/local/apache2

Solution:
Had one running natively and another through the installation via mac ports, uninstalled the from Macports.
For PHP 7 in OSX 10.11 only via https://php-osx.liip.ch/

Uninstall both and install using Homebrew, both PHP and Apache/Nginx.
