Good wondered, is there any way to delete a file from a client’s computer via PHP?

    No. This would make it very unsafe to access websites. Because any unreliable or hacked site could delete visitor’s personal files.

There is no such possibility, PHP runs on the server, so you have access to server files and server locations, you will never have access to client locations, for that you would need desktop software, done in a language suitable for this like Python, C#, C, Java and a few hundred more..
