Delphi 7 intraweb 5.1 + Javascript

I’m having a problem with the Javascript do Delphi 7 + Google Chrome + qualquer outro navegador mais moderno. It practically does not work, I wonder if this is normal or if there is another way to use javascript for validations, hide fields and etc.

I’ve looked long enough and found nothing related.

Obs : I am using the "Javascript" field of the form itself.

    What is the version of intraweb 5.1? In update 5.1.30 there was a correct way to deal with several events js.
