I got it this way, I think it will help other people with this same doubt.
Unzip the downloaded file.
android-studio --> folder bin
In the folder bin you can find the Studio.exe or studio64.exe.
Note: Studio.exe is for 32-bit and studio64.exe is for 64-bit system.

Some Android Studio updates require a whole new installation. When this happens they forward to the download instead of simply updating. That’s your case.
