Is there any way to access the source code of my computer’s Bios? using Assembly or c?

It is not possible to access the source code and certainly companies will not provide the software in this format. There are very few companies that work with BIOS and charge expensive for them, including charging for customizations for specific products.
What perhaps and with a lot of effort would be possible is reverse engineering, looking at the contents of the memory. But it seems better and less laborious you observe the functionality and make another code that replicates/emule/simulate.
