Delay when executing SQL commands

I have a system where I work with a db online hosted in Justhost.com.
I suffer with the delay in executing the commands, but not always these delays exist, sometimes a command takes less than 1s and another time this same command takes about 10s.

I did a test working with the db on Localhost and running smoothly without delay !

I wonder if there is a way to know if it is the speed of my particular internet or is the data transfer offered by the server where my db is (Justhost.com).

And if someone recommends a Host to host db better and faster !

  • Are you sure there is no error in your script? 10s for a query is too long, what kind of hosting is yours?

  • That’s Leo, a long time! But as I said, sometimes these delays do not happen, taking this into account, I deduce that it is the internet (mine or the hosting I use) that oscillates in the speed, I can not find where I see the configurations of the hosting, the company I work with uses justhost.com to host its websites, so I use this same hosting to create and sweat the db @Leoletto

  • In the account information is to have the kind of hosting very strange this takes sometimes
