After you create an account in Google Analytics, Google sends you a code, this code should be inserted in the index page of the site or in all pages related to the site ?

This snippet should be inserted into every page of your site that you want to measure. It is recommended that you insert within the head of the site.
I always recommend using Google Tag Manager (or any other tag manager) to implement tags and do any kind of tagging, because in addition to making the process and maintenance simpler, it makes asynchronous loading.
