My problem is this: I already tried to install VS 2015 Community and Enterprise but the two will present the same problem (screen below) whenever I install with my internet via Wifi or cable (Live TIM 35Mb Modem Sagemcom F@ST 4310), the installation not complete even giving Retry. Already using the internet company this problem does not appear. Someone knows what could be?

It seems to be a failure to download the package (Voce would have to look at the installation error log)
But an alternative is to download the VS2015 ISO
For the Community version https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48146
and for the Enterprise version https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48143
In both of them, you click on the Download button and choose to download the ISO. So Voce performs the entire installation offline.
tried it.. it works.but I don’t understand why it only happens when I plug into my home modem...
as I commented would have to evaluate the log,
I wonder if you have to release some door or something...
where I can see the log?
checks in your user’s appdata folder C: Users[Username] Appdata Local Temp
by this folder will be difficult, has many files, but Microsoft has a tool to collect this data. Voce can find at the end of this link https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/e2h7fzkw.aspx

This question has two closing votes as out of scope for not being about programming and two closing votes as not being clear enough. Given the description (using the internet company this problem does not appear), really doesn’t seem to be a question in the scope of the site. Anyway, the most likely answer is that some network error caused by the poor quality of your connection interrupts the download in half and the installer doesn’t know how to proceed from where it left off, leaving you only to try the installation offline. Well, I’m sorry, but I’ll give the last closing vote.
