How to color column date type according to current date

Question

I have an Excel schedule table, which I need the color to change according to the date,.

If the date is longer than the current date will turn red as well (Schedule expired).

I tried conditional formatting, but couldn’t find where to work with date on it.

You can use conditional formatting, only instead of using a cell, you can compare to the formula HOJE()
