I’m working on a hosting server with centos-webpanel and with a server MySQL remote. The centos-webpanel is already working normally with remote Mysql, it creates the databases and users the phpmyadmin is also OK. However I cannot install anything using MySQL for Softaculous, because he has the error down

I realized that the Softaculous can create the user but as localhost on the remote server and also note if there is a bank with the same name, so it is not possible to connect to the remote server with this permission. I was able to resolve this error by updating Cpanel

/scripts/upcp --force
