Web Essentials does not display options

I installed the Web Essentials 2015 in the Visual Studio Community 2015, but while trying to minify some css files, the only options displayed were the ones in the image below.

I have removed and installed Web Essentials again, but nothing has changed. I also gave up Visual Studio and installed again (which cost me a lot of time), but once again I had the same result.

The following options were to appear:

According to the website of the 2015 Essentials Web extension Marketplace the minification and bundling of JS/CSS, as well as some other features, were moved to specific plugins.

Please download the relevant plugin and check if the required menu item appears.
