Composer init, creates file in different directories

I installed Composer, git, github on partition C:, I have Apache24 server and php7 innate on partition D:, I entered htdocs/SBFC folder my server site on command line and did an init Composer, it went all right but run the command right in folder there was no file, I did a search on the computer found everything in a hidden folder in the directory C:, called C: Vtroot Harddiskvolume4 Webserver Apache24 htdocs SBFC with the files created as image below inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

someone can explain to me what happens, I already appreciate the help.

  • I thought what was going wrong, it was my comodo antivirus, the installation of activerecord was going to another folder called Vtroot, I switched from Antivirus.
