Visualstudio 2012 checkin problem

Question

When trying to checkin the following message is displayed:

Check-in validation failed. A policy Warning override Reason and/or a check-in note is required.

I thought it was a problem because there was no comment but even adding to the checkin the error remains.

Scroll down to the end of the "Pending Changes" window, have a field called "Notes", enter the checkin comment there as well. : D
