How to import ACCESS data to MYSQL

I have a db ACCESS with many tables and a lot of recorded data, I need to import these tables for my new dbin MYSQL. someone knows a way ? or a tutorial to follow ?

I’m using Mysql-Front and phpMyAdmin to manage.
