SQL SERVER EXPRESS 2014 ERROR (Microsoft SQL Server, error 1225)

Good morning, all right guys?

Following work with database, and we are having some problems with SQL SERVER 2014 x64, on Windows 10. I am doing the installation normally and changing the network configuration on TCP/IP to a specific port we use.

However I have done several tests and keeps generating me always the same error, follow message below:

Erro de rede ou específico á instância ao estabelecer conexão com o SQL SERVER. O servidor não foi encontrado ou não estava acessível. 
Verifique se o nome da instância esta correto e se o SQL Server esta configurado para permitir conexões remotas. 
(provider: TCP Provider, error:0 . O computador remoto recusou a conexão de rede.) (Microsoft SQL Server, erro 1225)

    Is the access attempt remote? If so. Remote access permission has been given to the bank?

  • Even if it is local, test to disable the windows firewall.

I believe Voce have not configured the protocols for remote access, which by default, are disabled (security)
