Error Openwebmail when sending email to a person

I have installed Open Webmail, I have several more accounts in some accounts as soon as an email is sent to them, returns the error below, more they receive the message, someone has seen and or imagine what can be?

The problematic code snippet may be in this subroutine:

When you use |- in function open, indicates that a Fork of the open file identifier, which in this case is mail for writing. | is a synonym for pipe.

The pipe establishes a bridge between two processes. One process is responsible for writing and the other for reading the data.

The stdout of the main program will be connected to the writer, and the stdin of mail at the reader.

The mistake Broken pipe occurs when the writer tries to send by the bridge but on the other side there is a reader. When this happens, the kernel sends the signal SIGPIPE to the writer close the program.

If all file Descriptors referring to the read end of a pipe have been closed, then a write will cause the SIGPIPE Signal to be generated for the Calling process. If the Calling process is ignoring this Signal, then write fails with the error EPIPE.

Note: As can be seen above, if you prefer to ignore the SIGPIPE, later attempts to write will result in error EPIPE.

According to the function documentation open:

Be careful to check the Return values from Both open and close. If you’re writing to a pipe, you should also Trap SIGPIPE.

Otherwise, think of what Happens when you start up a pipe to a command that doesn’t exist: the open will in all likelihood Succeed (it only reflects the Fork()’s Success), but then your output will fail-spectacularly. Perl can’t know whether the command worked, because your command is Actually running in a Separate process. [...]

Use the warn instead of die, so when the close do not succeed, the script will not be finished, will only display a warning.
