Make Vertical slide with scroll and fade and Parallax

Question

I wanted to make a slide like this site: http://www.midtownatlinnovates.com/why-midtown/ , where the information is divided vertically and scrolling down changes the image and info.

Someone can shed some light on that?

The way you want I don’t know exactly how to do, but I can give you a light with the use of a plugin called Slick slider.
