There is a way to force mobile device to open a web page after connecting to WiFi?
It’s not exactly a HotSpot (authentication via Landing page).
Example: after connecting to an X (public) network WiFi, the browser opens automatically on the device mobile and open a pre-determined address.
That’s possible?
Edit: on all mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, WP and BB).

This makes the question wide. In android is possible to be notified when the device establishes a Wifi connection, see this reply
