Is it already possible to develop an app for Windows Phone 8 with Codename One? Or just the Windows Phone 7 version?

Renan, your answer is wrong. ALL apps that work on Windows Phone 7 work on Windows Phone 8. If you (as a developer) want, you can choose to upload a package that will be downloaded by users of WP7.x and another package that will be downloaded by users of WP8.x, but if you upload one that supports WP7, it supports WP8. All games made with XNA running on both WP7 and WP8. Note that if you make an App with WP7 support, it cannot use the WP8 Apis.

That is, Junior, if you have developed an App with Codename One for WP7, it works on WP8, but you cannot use the WP8 SDK.

Last month a preliminary build of Codename One came out with WP8 support. More details in this post on the website itself.

Attention to various details, such as the fact that XNA is not supported because, according to them, WP8 does not support either; and apparently it is not possible to create a binary that can be used in both WP7 and WP8.
