Format number in reportviewer?

I’m trying to format a number on ReportViewer and I’m not getting it, so I’m trying to use the function Format of TextBox in the ReportViewer. The number is a code and I’m trying to fill it with 3 zeros on the left. I’m trying it this way: =FormatNumber(Fields!terminal.Value.codigo, String.Format("{N:000}")), but it’s not working. How to do this?

The right thing would be:

Format(Fields!terminal.Value.codigo, "0000");
