Add argument at command line callto protocol

I work by making calls using the Microsip program. However, I find it difficult to automate the dialing in just one click. I found an extension in the Chrome Store that allows this by converting the numbers in the browser to callto:, tel: or Sip:. Only that the same sends the numbers to the program without the 0 in front which causes dialing error and unfortunately I am obliged to work with this program (change is not an option). I was wondering if you could add an argument to the command line in the record of one of these protocols to add 0 in front of the numbers or some other scam to add this 0 crap.

Thank you in advance.
