How to redirect addresses on the internal network by modem?

I would like to know how to redirect local addresses within the internal network through the modem, for example: if someone inside the network accesses the address www.exemplo.com.br should be redirected to a specific page on a network machine. If possible would like a way that the modem identified the registered address and pointed to the machine I want.

Note: It is possible to make these redirects through apache or Nginx but it is necessary to redirect on each machine.

Impossible to answer your question because there are thousands of modem models, each with more features or less features, and since you have not specified make or model.

However my recommendation is you use a computer as an internet server, it will do the function of DHCP server and DNS - obviously for this it will have to have 2 network cards, because it will be an intermediary between the internet and the computers of the local network - In addition it is also more effective you implement a proxy squid (only for same redirection) or make rules in the iptables firewall ensuring redirection, because in many cases the client can change the dns on the machine (example of google) losing then redirect in case of implementation by local DNS.
