Reportviewer Tablix and or Matrix Calculate value from a cell

Question

I would like to know if I could calculate in Repbortviewer Tablix and Matrix a value from a result of another cell. Example:

Cellula1 = 1; Cellula2 = 2; Cellula3 = Cellula1 + Cellula2;
