You could use the Google Drive service as Sqlite HOST?

Short answer:

Not.

Shorter answer:

Hypothetically, you could install a driver mount google drive as a real device, with a filesystem similar to the OS in use, which would make file access transparent to the application.

However, it would be a process so much slower than a local FS, which would make its practical use unfeasible.
