How to adjust the entire screen according to the resolution of the monitor?

My Dashboard is getting like in the picture B how could I make to look like a To.

Comparing the images just need to set the height of the main Row in each table of image B

 row {
      height: numero+vw;
 }

"vw" is a relative property of CSS that fits with height so the layout will accompany the browser resize
