How to send special characters from CMD to a file?

I want to send the character > to a file via CMD but I’m not getting.

The following example illustrates my difficulty:

echo casa > cidade > Estado  >Arquivo.txt

In the above example you should write the phrase in the file "Home > City > State", but I can’t write the character > ( only writes home in the.txt file).

Have some command in CMD to write this type of character in a file ?

Use the escape character ^:

echo casa ^> cidade ^> Estado > Arquivo.txt
