I published an App in the App Store with the wrong Bundle Identifier, I ended up using the name(example) "myapp" while the correct one would be "com.empresa.myapp" fixed this in the new version but would like to know if I publish with the changed Bundle the people who already have my app installed will receive the new version or not?

Unfortunately not. Once approved and published, you can no longer modify the Bundle Identifier, as it is through it that iTunes Connect realizes that you are sending an update, not a new app.

That’s what I suspected, because on the test device I noticed that when I changed the Bundle and installed it does not replace the app with the new version plus added a new app, thank you Rafael.
