with Cordova-plugin-camera I can already take a photo and manipulate the location of the file, but there is some other plugin or method to apply something to the photo, as a frame?
1 - I take a picture
2 - I manipulate the photo by adding a window and saving the edited image on the device.
If this is not possible with IONIC, there is another alternative way than to create a plugin for each platform?
