How to resolve this error in Delphi 7 installed in windows 7?

Zcomponent.dpk : Invalid Compiler Directive: '$ENDIF'

According to him link taken from the forum of Zeoslib, in the post of Debian8 he said that this directive is really wrong and that he could remove without problem.

said error was in this Unit:

[DCC Error] ZComponent.dpk(58): E1030 Invalid compiler directive: '$ENDIF'
[DCC Fatal Error] ZAbstractConnection.pas(64): F1026 File not found: 'ZDbcAdo.dcu'
