I want to create a company advertising banner in my app in the footer as I do someone has some material that can explain me how to make a banner for app.
like the image below where it is marked in red, how can I put the same in my app ?

If you are referring to design tools to build banner art you can use:
• Google Web Designer (specific)
• Adobe Photoshop (non-specific)
• Or any existing graphic creation tool you want, or search for banner maker online to use one of (n) online options available
If the question refers to the issue of frameworks and code to show and monitor the banners shown in the App, I recommend editing the question to make it more specific as Marcos Henrique said.
