I need my bank to accept capital letters in the table names, for example at the time I create the table

tbl_ALGUMACOISA

she appears to me

tbl_algumacoisa

So it also works with the fields, as I must do to solve these problems ?

In the Mysql settings file, set the parameter lower_case_table_names worthwhile 2.

Example:

lower_case_table_names=2

If no parameter exists, acidify it.

After the changes, save the file and restart Mysql.

The default settings file
Windows: my.ini
Linux: my.cnf

Location varies according to installation.

Pointing out that these are the default names. The file name may be different or it may be loading a specific file at runtime.

Additionally, I recommend reading this post: Table and column nomenclature

  • my file does not have this variable, I’m horny with xammp to manage my database.

  • If there is no parameter, acidify it, save the file and restart Mysql.

  • DIDN’T WORK FOR THE BANK’S NAME

  • The parameter name IS lower_case_TABLE_NAMES. by Deduction is For Tables and Columns. the Database Name must be Lowercase
