I wonder if it is possible to publish an application in Google Play for certain users through their emails, wanted something like when we launched apps for tests Keys and alphas and added the emails of the testers who will be able to view and download the app, while looking for something in this sense I found Google Apps for Work but from what I understand, this is to release the application for email with the company domain and that’s not what I wish, I want to be able to make the application available to any gmail. If anyone can help me I appreciate it very much, thank you very much.

Good afternoon Maycon,

You can distribute your application through a private channel, it is not necessary to be a company.

For this you need to have a developer account (the same) the only exception is that your domain NAY can be Gmail.

When you publish in the private channel, only users with the same domain as yours will be able to access this channel.

How to publish:

  1. If you haven’t already done so, your administrator will need to enable your domain’s private channel.
  2. Log in to your Google Play Developer Console.
  3. Select All apps All Applications.
  4. Select an app.
  5. Select Pricing and Distribution.
  6. Under "Restricted Distribution", select Make this app available only to users of my domain name. You will only see this option if your Admin Console settings are adjusted correctly.
  7. At the top of the page, click Save Draft (new apps) or Send Update (existing apps).

Tip: If the developer account owner is not on your domain and the "Restrict Distribution" option is not displayed, you’ll need to transfer your app to a developer account on your domain.

So even without being a company, you can create an email with your own domain and distribute the access to who interests you.

(Remembering that everything relevant to prices and conditions are equal to the normal store, you can charge and be charged in the same way).

  • I got it Lucas, so the only way is so I really thought I could have another one, but thank you very much, have a great day.

  • If it helped you, please accept the answer as true

  • Another alternative, is to distribute devices with Android 5.0+ and use Google Play Work, you separate the system into "two" being a personal and other corporate, so you control what the user installs in the corporate
