I wonder if internal link building on a blog, help rank on Google?

If I have a blog and every post I do, I link to one or two posts during the article. This helps make those posts rank on Google?

Internal links help inform Google which internal pages of your site are most relevant, and also help the end customer in the usability and navigation of your site.

If your site has a good navigability beyond a well organized and attractive content, consequently the user will also stay longer on it, and is there also another ranking factor used by Google.

No doubt if your internal link building is well done it will help your SEO, however I can’t tell you that it will help you rank better.

I believe that it will be a natural consequence of better rankings, if the link leads to a related article and keeps the user’s interest in the subject, most "successful" blogs use this strategy.

That one post uses link building a lot to explain how to increase the pagerank of your page using this strategy.
