Hello.
I can’t create the project to start the android study.

Complementing Leonardo’s excellent suggestion,
I highly recommend the Udacity Free course that is done by Google professionals, they use only Android Studio and teach well explained.
The course is in video format lessons, the only con is that some few videos do not have subtitles in Portuguese.

Fala André,
Probably this error in the project name, it must be because you are starting it with lowercase letter.
But I advise you to retire Eclipse and install Android Studio.
It is the own program of Android to work with projects in Java, you can download it in the link:
https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html
It is infinitely better to work with Android, the ways to import libraries are much simpler, and they update it directly.
